If you're also a fan of the fast-talking mom and daughter duo like I am (especially when that first fall leaf hits or you need a background show while cleaning the house OR when you need a cozy pick-me-up) then you have probably also experienced the confusion when one of the Gilmore Girls drops a quick cultural reference in between a sentence tornado that you didn't quite get.
